Sallys Beauty supply will not refund or exchange clipper blades that do not fit my clippers. As much as I do business every week with them in details on the back of the receipt printed in light grey ink it states that you can't return blades. All sales are final. To me, if you are trying to make a purchase and they sale you an item without explaining that you can't return blades that is cheating the customer out of their money. I also don't understand why a customer can return electric items and shears within 60 days of purchase but can not return blades that have not been opened. Shears can have disease on them. Blades could too but I didn't open them. Therefore I can use other beauty supply stores like Beauty Alliance, Armstrong M call, Gulfstates. They
lost my business today. Very Disappointed.
