Sallys Beauty supply will not refund or exchange clipper blades that do not fit my clippers. As much as I do business every week with them in details on the back of the receipt printed in light grey ink it states that you can't return blades. All sales are final. To me, if you are trying to make a purchase and they sale you an item without explaining that you can't return blades that is cheating the customer out of their money.
