I keep reading about all these people who keep getting solicitated phone calls from Oxford Management regarding their accounts and claims, but I have yet to get ANY! My account has been sent to them for almost half a year now and I have only heard from the agency once. What kind of customer service is that?! If I have an account with someone, regardless of whether its good or bad, I think its my right as the payer to know exactly what has to come out of my pocket and when I need to pay and my rights as a payer to the agency. Where is my formal letter? Where is the proper documentation of this? Why havent I been contacted by them? Its disgusting to even think that the reason I probably have yet to be contacted is because they want to ruin my credit as much as they can. This is the only possible explanation I can even begin to think of. And the more I try to get in contact with them, the harder it seems to become. Its ridiculous.
