I keep reading about all these people who keep getting solicitated phone calls from Oxford Management regarding their accounts and claims, but I have yet to get ANY! My account has been sent to them for almost half a year now and I have only heard from the agency once. What kind of customer service is that?! If I have an account with someone, regardless of whether its good or bad, I think its my right as the payer to know exactly what has to come out of my pocket and when I need to pay and my rights as a payer to the agency.
