I purchased an undermount Tv, dvd, radio from PC Richard 11/09. Christmas day of 2009 my TV kept shutting off and turning back on. This lasted for a few weeks now it does not work at all. I tried calling and emailing them for months.. No response!! I finally get an email last week and they tell me nothing they can do, call Coby. I called Coby they tell me nothing they can do call back PC Richards . Well I call back PC Richards and they say sorry we can not do anything call Coby back and ask to speak with a manager. If you want to receive product that will last a month purchase from PC Richards. I am a manager in a retail business and we would NEVER treat our customers like this. We like to have our customers come back to shop with us.. PC Richards you need to learn how to take care of your customer sif you are going to sell damaged product!!!
