I purchased an undermount Tv, dvd, radio from PC Richard 11/09. Christmas day of 2009 my TV kept shutting off and turning back on. This lasted for a few weeks now it does not work at all. I tried calling and emailing them for months.. No response!! I finally get an email last week and they tell me nothing they can do, call Coby. I called Coby they tell me nothing they can do call back PC Richards . Well I call back PC Richards and they say sorry we can not do anything call Coby back and ask to speak with a manager.
