Sent my paper shredder in to UL office in Michigan to be repaired through office max assurance on 6/22/10. Kayla told me it will take 3-5 business days for them to repair and get back to me. on 7/21/10 Ken from UL Office in MI said he could not repair the shredder so he would contact office max to issue a warrenty check to me for $229.99. and i should recieve that check within 7-10days. On 8/2/10 no check! 8/10 called office assurance center and talked to Phillip first, he paased me to Brain then talked to Chris and gave me a ref# of 356343 and the check was processed on 8/2/10 and it is 10-15 business days and to call back by 8/13/10 if don't recieved it in the mail. On 8/17/10 talked to Kristen because have not recieved the check she will put a note in the system to have the services center give me a follow up call. 8/18/10 Called Ken in MI and he would try to get hold of someone at office max to find out where my check is because the told him they sent it. 8/18/10 talked to Morgan at max assurance and she said she would put in an immediate request for the service solution center to contact me about the check within 3-5 business days, she could not give me there #. 8/18/10 Talked to Josh a superisor at max assurance and he said the check was never processed(so i was lied to) and he would put in a request tat they process the check and someone will cantact me in 3-5 days! This place is such a joke i don't know how they so business like this i will never purchase the insurance again. I still have no check for a paper shredder that hasen't worked since 5/30/10 what a joke!
