Sent my paper shredder in to UL office in Michigan to be repaired through office max assurance on 6/22/10. Kayla told me it will take 3-5 business days for them to repair and get back to me. on 7/21/10 Ken from UL Office in MI said he could not repair the shredder so he would contact office max to issue a warrenty check to me for $229.99. and i should recieve that check within 7-10days. On 8/2/10 no check! 8/10 called office assurance center and talked to Phillip first, he paased me to Brain then talked to Chris and gave me a ref# of 356343... read full review »
