Solar rebate

The company location in Ocala, FL., neglected to send my FL. Solar Rebate in, in a timely manner to the state for my rebate of $500.00. I am filing a small claims court against them and have reported them to the BBB. I have only spoken to the Customer Service Manager, no one else will call me back and this has been going on for two weeks. I am extremely disappointed in the company. I can't believe that they keep getting away with screwing people like they do and nothing can be done about them. Buyer aware, don't trust them.

Bad service

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I felt stupid later that I did not check the washers before I called Pat the Plumber. There was a $60.00 charge to come to my home. I agreed to that. The service man came in and reached under the sink with his hand. He did not even need a tool. It took one minute at the most. He tightened the washer with his hand and then said the charge was $176.00 Travel fee and minimum one hour labor charge. He would not leave without me paying him. I live alone. I called the office to complain after he left and they said there was nothing they could do. I thought of all the retired elderly in this area.
