The company location in Ocala, FL., neglected to send my FL. Solar Rebate in, in a timely manner to the state for my rebate of $500.00. I am filing a small claims court against them and have reported them to the BBB. I have only spoken to the Customer Service Manager, no one else will call me back and this has been going on for two weeks. I am extremely disappointed in the company. I can't believe that they keep getting away with screwing people like they do and nothing can be done about them. Buyer aware, don't trust them. read full review »
