Their refund policy is obscured from the selection process to finalizing the credit card sale. Only in the subsequent email confirmation following the sale do they reveal that all sales merchandise is non-returnable. According to those in the know, the seller must disclose the policy before the sale is finalized - and I don't think sending a subsequent email does the trick. (they sell Flax linen clothing, which is great, by the way, but find a seller that respects the buyer!)
