This company misrepresents its online offerings.

I noticed a camcorder at an attractive price. I called for to verify that
it was in stock and was high-pressured to buy a battery or accessory package
at inflated prices. I declined and with some difficulty I got the rep to
confirm that the camcorder comes with all factory accessories (battery,
charger, cables, etc.). I placed an order.

Five days later, I called to check on my order status. Contrary to their
website's promise of 2 day turnover, my order had been ignored. Again the
rep tried to sell me accessories and when pressed he said that I had ordered
the camcorder only with no battery, charger, cables, etc. I explained that
these are the factory accessories that come in the box with the camcorder.
He said that with all factory accessories that the price was $500 more than
what the ad specifies.

I would like to buy this camera, but not from these scam artists. I
cancelled.
