This company misrepresents its online offerings. I noticed a camcorder at an attractive price. I called for to verify that it was in stock and was high-pressured to buy a battery or accessory package at inflated prices. I declined and with some difficulty I got the rep to confirm that the camcorder comes with all factory accessories (battery, charger, cables, etc.). I placed an order.
