I paid over $400.00 for new eyeglasses in Dec 2008. Exactly 12 months later Dec. 2009 the lenses were cloudy due to a coating wearing off. I used their cleaning solution and only cotton cloth to clean. They replaced the lenses with the same type of lens over my protests. Now exactly 12 months later to now in Dec. 2010 the lenses are again cloudy from the coating coming off. I called Pearl and they said that since it had been two year that they could do nothing to help me. My last pair of glasses from another company lasted 10 years and I only replaced due to prescription and style changes. I have worn glasses since the 4th grade and I am now nearing 40. Never before have I had to take back a pair of glasses. This company is unethical and dishonest and selling inferior products!
