I paid over $400.00 for new eyeglasses in Dec 2008. Exactly 12 months later Dec. 2009 the lenses were cloudy due to a coating wearing off. I used their cleaning solution and only cotton cloth to clean. They replaced the lenses with the same type of lens over my protests. Now exactly 12 months later to now in Dec. 2010 the lenses are again cloudy from the coating coming off.
