This product does not work as pictured on TV - if you look closely - the trimmer is not even working - the trimming wheel is still! No wonder the dog is not scared! Besides being loud, it is rough and has a jerky motion. You have to fight with your dog just to give it one try.
We returned ours.

The reason we purchased this product was to find a tool that would trim our dog’s nails in a way that would NOT cause them anxiety - this method caused much more anxiety than an ordinary clipper.

I don’t like to be fooled which is exactly what this commercial does. Next time it comes on look again at the sanding wheel and you will notice that it is still. In my opinion – that is FALSE ADERTISEMENT!

My advices –stick to the old method of clipping them yourself, or if you can afford it have the Vet clip them.
