I have had a problem with Personal Voice billing my phone company 19.95 every monnth for long distance service when I already have unlimited long distance, This company told me my mother who is 81 and they are telling me that she ordered this service. I have called and received a conformation # for canceling their service, when I was billed again this month I called and spoke to the same woman who said she was the manager. She proceeded to tell me that it was cancelled but this is a reoccuring fee. They have billed me for the past 4 months. I can not find any information ie.. web address or physical address so I cant file a complaint. I was also told by my phone company that they know it is a scam but due to federal regulations they have to bill for the 3rd party biller.
