I have had a problem with Personal Voice billing my phone company 19.95 every monnth for long distance service when I already have unlimited long distance, This company told me my mother who is 81 and they are telling me that she ordered this service. I have called and received a conformation # for canceling their service, when I was billed again this month I called and spoke to the same woman who said she was the manager.
