I called to ask my agent on details that i must fill in for some application sheet, but she wasnt in, so i asked the receptionist for information. As I was feeling confused about what to do, I asked her again. She went omg, and sighed like wth, and gave me a very annoyed attitude.

I was thinking of introducing my brother to the agency but now I wont. That is because I remembered also that the agent was also like this.

As I called my agent to ask for more details, she told me not to call again, or she already told me some things, but she always rushes through details and doesnt allow me time to note things down.

Well, service is terrible.
