Ordered from Pet Dynamix in November. Emailed in December as to status, got a "it is sent this week" nothing until January, sent another request. "It is sent this week" finally did get my order but it is not completely filled. Have been emailing Suzanne with Pet Dynamix constantly. I cannot get a receipt or have information as to what they charged and why I did not get everything. One reply from her said only one item was missing, however their shipping ticket where they highlighted what was in the box is missing lots more. She states I was only charged what was billed but now mysteriously I cannot get that receipt to see what I was billed for! Beware!
