Ordered from Pet Dynamix in November. Emailed in December as to status, got a "it is sent this week" nothing until January, sent another request. "It is sent this week" finally did get my order but it is not completely filled. Have been emailing Suzanne with Pet Dynamix constantly. I cannot get a receipt or have information as to what they charged and why I did not get everything.
