Phoneticom LLC is a scam. They claim to be an Emergency Message System, which apparently no one wants, so they have to resort to billing random people's phone bills in the hopes that you won't check your bill each month. Google " Phoneticom LLC" and you will see many others who are also upset.

They placed an unauthorized charge to my phone bill without my knowledge. I called my phone company to have it removed. I think all of us should also contact our state attorney's office to complain, as well as, the NJ state attorney's office should do something about this. Someone please put this company out of business. Did a quick search on the web and found Phoneticom's contact information:
