Phoneticom LLC is a scam. They claim to be an Emergency Message System, which apparently no one wants, so they have to resort to billing random people's phone bills in the hopes that you won't check your bill each month. Google " Phoneticom LLC" and you will see many others who are also upset. They placed an unauthorized charge to my phone bill without my knowledge. I called my phone company to have it removed.
