Customer Service is the worst in have seen in the country forget about the industry. I am surprised they are still in the business after ripping people off. I lost $400 by going to them along with causing all the agony due to their unprofessional service. The management of the company is corrupt to the point where they are not willing to stand by their product or services. Please look elsewhere if you want to save your cherished memories by printing the pictures on gold. If you love your money and time DO NOT GO TO PICTURES ON GOLD !!!
