Don't ruin your memories with Pictures on Gold. This online service is nothing short of a scam where they return damaged merchadise . Customer Service is the worst in have seen in the country forget about the industry. I am surprised they are still in the business after ripping people off. I lost $400 by going to them along with causing all the agony due to their unprofessional service.
