Received a sofa on 5/24/2010 that was ordered as part of a warranty claim exchange from December 2009. It was supposed to be brand new. Upon delivery, delivery person explained it was not delivered in wrapping because they wanted to inspect it first. All seemed ok at first. The next morning I turned over the large seating cushion to discover that the item was stained and various light colored markings idicating this is not a factory new item. Fabric also appers stretched and saggy not a like a new cushion. Spoke to owner's wife at store who said someone would come and look at it, but they are not calling back. Previous problems with owner for lying about and trying to change prices on other items. Very difficult to deal with as he can never tell the truth.
