Received a sofa on 5/24/2010 that was ordered as part of a warranty claim exchange from December 2009. It was supposed to be brand new. Upon delivery, delivery person explained it was not delivered in wrapping because they wanted to inspect it first. All seemed ok at first. The next morning I turned over the large seating cushion to discover that the item was stained and various light colored markings idicating this is not a factory new item.
