I placed an order for 2 boxed DVD sets, one of the Three Stooges, one of Carol Burnette & Friends. I received a confirmatory email that I had purchased "Hack" for the same amount. I emailed back that Hack was incorrect. I never received a response, but I did receive Hack in the mail. I emailed them again, with no response. My credit card gave me a chargeback, and I tossed Hack out without seeing if it actually played.

I had ordered several dvd's from this company, wish I never was on there web site. They offer dvd's at a great price and what you get is pirated garbage which are taped off the television, some dvd's don't work and one that was in The All in The Family serie's was a different show, nothing to do with the series. Tried to get intouch with the company by E-mail on their web site and had no reply from them, also got a phone number from my credit card company all you get is a answering machine none of my call's was returned. They say if your not happy with your purchase you can return them for a refund, how can you do that when they don't give you a return address, and all of them came from China. If anyone ordered dvd's from this company using their credit card you better have it cancelled like I did. I don't understand how these people can get by doing customer's this way and get by with it. Why don't the FBI get involved because this is illegal and if we did something like this we would get in serious trouble. What we all need to do is stick together and to have this company shut down.
If I can get any address for them I will pass it on to all of you. They never listed on their web site the dvd's were copied, they stated new and in the box ready to ship. I advise anyone who buy from this company don't, pay a little more and get them from your video store because you will know what you are getting and you can return them if you have any problem's.

I fell for it too and purchased DVD's from this company that are obvious copies off of TV. After weeks of e-mailing I finally reached them by phone 778-828-8099 and Franco was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. He called me names and insulted me endlessly while giving me the address to return the DVD's to. I'm sure he was trying to provoke me so I'd get the info wrong or not return the DVDs. Why would ANY business treat their customers this way unless they're defensive about the way the operate - which is very shady even if it is legal. When I mentioned the numerous complaints I found (after the fact) about his company he said I was "one of those idiots who believes everything they see on the internet". Obviously they're doing enough business that they don't care so PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY so they'll go out of business. They also go by Great Home DVD, TVDVDStore.com and TVDVDMania.com and who know how many other names.

I ordered the complete box set of The Fall Guy about a month ago and never received anything. I was charged for the produce and noticed that the website was removed and they will not return my email. I am planning to take legal action against this company. If anyone has any ideas about doing this please contact me at [email protected].

free shipping on order over $35 a lie, product came from china on a handwritten, numbered label, post office had to figure out who it was for since writing was in chinese, pirated I assume, can not get an answer from the company, today site was down completely. Why have these people not been shut down for mail fraud. Dvd set I ordered came through our postal service. I will try to get charges reversed through my credit card company but now I am even more worried that these creeps have my credit card number.
