My membership was over on November and they charged me for another month. I've tried to contact them several times and no one ever answers the phone. This place is a hole in the wall and will never compare to the real gym that I go to. They really need to teach their representatives how to provide real customer service. I would NEVER recommend this gym to anyone. It's simply not worth the BS that they hand you for the "membership". You really do get what you pay for.
