My membership was over on November and they charged me for another month. I've tried to contact them several times and no one ever answers the phone. This place is a hole in the wall and will never compare to the real gym that I go to. They really need to teach their representatives how to provide real customer service. I would NEVER recommend this gym to anyone. It's simply not worth the BS that they hand you for the "membership". You really do get what you pay for. read full review »
