I received my bank statement and found that this Platinum Service company had gone into my checking account and charged me a $99.95 service fee for something I have no knowledge about. How they got my personal information, I don't know. I called them and told them to take this charge off and to never, ever go into my account again; they told me that I gave them permission and they will not take it off. I got frustrated with them and threatened to get an attorney, but they still refused to give my money back. I didn't give them my personal information and I don't know how they got it, but, there has to be something I can do to make them give my money back and to make sure in the future they won't have access to my account. Can you help me? What can I do?
