I received my bank statement and found that this Platinum Service company had gone into my checking account and charged me a $99.95 service fee for something I have no knowledge about. How they got my personal information, I don't know. I called them and told them to take this charge off and to never, ever go into my account again; they told me that I gave them permission and they will not take it off.
