The place was very nice, clean, and looked new. The agents looked nice. I was there on a Monday evening, about 4:20 when I walked in. Long line of people, and they moved along quietly. There were about 4 agents working when I came in. More started working, as I got closer. Mateena waited on me. She was obviously a trainer/manager. She would work a little on what I needed done, count money. Tell me to fill out a form, count out stamps for someone else. Counted more money. Gave training tips to a girl. Answered phones. Came back to me. Talked to a trainee. It took her, seriously, 12 minutes to get an electric bill paid (hubby had thrown away payment coupon, so I went there instead.) NEVER AGAIN. If you are going to wait on a customer, THEN WAIT ON THE CUSTOMER. If you need to manage, then manage, and DON'T wait on a customer!! I will NOT go back there. I would rather wait on the electric company to send me a new bill, and go to the bank, where they treat you as a valued customer. I had people in back of me, that were waited on and got out of there 5 or more minutes before I did!! I spent 35 minutes in there; 20 0f it was dealing with the manager, who was trying to do everything at once!!
