The place was very nice, clean, and looked new. The agents looked nice. I was there on a Monday evening, about 4:20 when I walked in. Long line of people, and they moved along quietly. There were about 4 agents working when I came in. More started working, as I got closer. Mateena waited on me. She was obviously a trainer/manager. She would work a little on what I needed done, count money. Tell me to fill out a form, count out stamps for someone else. Counted more money. Gave training tips to a girl. Answered phones.
