We recently made other arrangements for drinking water for our employees so I had to cancel Poland Springs (just getting in touch with them was a nightmare)...on hold for about 15 minutes once, then mysteriously cut off, called back to wait again. When I finally reached customer service to give them all the information, I was then told I needed to speak with someone else...again another wait..Female agent was very argumentive...all I wanted was to cancel and have them pick up their equipment...I got questions like who are you, what is your title, arguing with me over scheduled bottles of delivery, on and on...never will I use this company again! This reminded me of trying to cancel AOL.
