I agree completely with Yebonne's complaint. Same thing happened to me...before I placed my order, I emailed them to see if they had the products in stock and the shipping time. They assured me that they had the items and they would ship out same day if I ordered by 5:00, which I did. They processed the order and charged my credit card immediately. A WEEK LATER, I hadn't heard anything from them so I emailed them to get a tracking number and they said they would "look into it" and never got back to me. I tried calling, but they wouldn't answer. I left messages hoping they would return my call, but never did. By the end of the week I was so frustrated that I called Discover to dispute the charge and I sent a series of nasty emails to poolsupply4less. They FINALLY got back to me and said they would credit my card back, which they did. WHAT A HASSLE! I don't think they ever had any intention of sending me anything. We were delayed in opening our pool by TWO WEEKS because I had to start over and place my order with another company, who was wonderful by the way (A1 Pool Parts). AVOID POOLSUPPLY4LESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE AGGRAVATED!

I'm beyond frustrated after dealing with this company
Don't even do it to yourself. I'm beyond frustrated after dealing with this company! They take your order online, charge your credit card, then don't answer their phone and send minimal communication by email (which isn't even related to your order).
