I agree completely with Yebonne's complaint. Same thing happened to me...before I placed my order, I emailed them to see if they had the products in stock and the shipping time. They assured me that they had the items and they would ship out same day if I ordered by 5:00, which I did. They processed the order and charged my credit card immediately.
