If you have a pool, stay away from this vendor. Price was good on a filter cartridge, shipment was fast - (4 days), but they sent the wrong item, (at least that's what I thought). I sent them emails suggesting that they sent me the wrong item, and when the FINALLY answered me (nearly 3 weeks and 7 emails later) - they told me "No, we sent you the right item". What they sent is not the hayward brand, they sent me some chinese knock-off. That would be OK, if the price was cheaper and I was clearly buying something different, but the represented this generic item as being a hayward item. It is clearly not, and furthermore, it is not even close to the same quality as the original cartrdige that i had in my pool filter.

Beware buyer! This company does not care about you!
