Ordered a original filter cartridge for my pool and was sent a no-name brand as a substitute. I am an engineer, and am familiar with spun polyester. What they have sent me is much easier to make than the original - knock-offs are sometimes the same quality as the original, but not in this case. i wanted to return the item, but got so much hassle from them, plus I would have to pay shipping back and a "restocking" fee - not worth it.
