This company got my cell number from entering it in to find a job in my area and started charging me 9.99 and up for these text messages. Contacted Verizon Wireless and they told me to text to 654654 and enter stop cancel quit unsubscribe end. I did it and it worked. I then called the company after finding all types of complaints about this company. 1800-360-0518. They said they couldnt do anything about the charge. I told them I filed a complaint against them with the FCC. Guess what? I was put on hold for 5sec. Then I was told I would be issued a check in the mail within 10-15 business days and was given a confirmation number. Hurray for the little people!!! I am so tired of the scams out there. Definately needs a block from them. You can also contact your wireless carrier and tell them to block the messages from them and those types of messages!!Hope this helps.

Today I noticed that I am getting billed $9.99 extra every month since June 2010 for some premium services. On further inquiring, I came to know that it was billed by '654654Predicto' some predicting game/sweepstakes. I never authorized them for any such services, now on calling them they say they are ready to refund but only for last three billings...
What measures I can take to get full refund or where can I complain against them ?

I was online registering for a job search site when all of a sudden I started recieving messages and charges from Predicto.com. By no means was I made aware that what I was actually doing was signing up with Predicto.com(I thought I was registering for the job search site) and by no means did I authorize such charges. I just spent the last hour trying to remedy this situation and am very outraged by Predicto.com's business practices. Moreover, I am shocked that this company went so far as to attempt at justifying their practices via this site, by replying to a similar complainer. I contacted my cell phone provider who was quite aware of this scam and put an immediate rejection on this charge. If you are in the same situation, you should first text STOP to the number: 654654. Then, call your cell phone provider to let them know of what is occuring.

This company charged me 9.99 on my T-Mobile bill and it was not authorized by me. They also keep sending me texts and I don't have texting on my phone, so each one is a charge. I want it to stop.

on 10-12-09 there was charge of 9.99 to my t-mobile bill that i never authorized. i called predicto and they told me to fax a copy of the charge to them and i also sent an email. no one responded so i called again and was told to fax the charge to them again. this happened 4 times and no one has responded yet! i was told that they were sending the documentation to "corporate" and someone would respond within 2 business days. of course that neve happened. everytime i call i ask to speak with a supervisor and its the same womans voice on the other end. my next move is to contact the FCC and FTC.
