on 10-12-09 there was charge of 9.99 to my t-mobile bill that i never authorized. i called predicto and they told me to fax a copy of the charge to them and i also sent an email. no one responded so i called again and was told to fax the charge to them again. this happened 4 times and no one has responded yet! i was told that they were sending the documentation to "corporate" and someone would respond within 2 business days. of course that neve happened. everytime i call i ask to speak with a supervisor and its the same womans voice on the other end. my next move is to contact the FCC and FTC. read full review »
