unauthorized charges
Like every one else who have complained here, I have been charged 9.99 for a service that I was unaware of authorizing on my cell phone. I called the 800 number given on my phone bill and they said they would unsubscribe me from this so called service. However I must still pay the charges already billed to my phone service. This is definately a SCAM! Some one needs to look into this, and soon!

fraudulent charges
My husband was on the computer and came across this website taking a survey while job searching. He tried typing in his current cell phone number but the info kept being rejected. His cell number was being interpreted as "not valid". That was false because he has had the number current for the past year. To complete the required information he used my work cell phone number which is under T Mobile. There was a code immediately downloaded, which he typed in again to complete the required information. Now my job is billing me $40.00 worth of charges due to games being downloaded! These game, might I add that I have never used! I think this is completely ridiculous and illegal as hell. I got online and found a contact number to this Predict0(800-360-0518) I tried to explain what is typed above and this lady tells me that she can unsubscribe me from today's date, but I am responsible for the previous charged. She stated that a code was downloaded onto the phone and thus given on the initial survey. I agreed, but tried to convey that was not with the intent to purchase ANYTHING, certainly not any games!!! She told me there wasn't anything else she could do. Now I am stuck with $40.00 of charges onto my work cell phone. Not only am I out of money, but I am extremely embarrassed by how this looks to my employer.

Fraudulent charge on T-Mobile bill for $9.99
A fraudulent charge appeared on my T-Mobile that was unauthorized on 10/23/09 in the amount of $9.99. I looked up predicto.com on the internet and it said that they were a scam charging innocent people without their authorization. T-Mobile said that I needed to call Predicto at 800-360-0518 to get the credit.

Unauthorized billing
I dont even know what Predicto is, and until I just checked my bill for the last three months I had NO idea what I was being billed for!Still don't have a clue what this crap is. All I know is they bill you for "premium text messaging" at 9.99 a whop. They've stuck me for 0ver 50 bucks cause I didnt catch on till now. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

unauthorized charge
A charge for $9.99 showed up on our T-mobile acct. It listed it as from 'Predicto.com'. We called T-mobile and they said they would remove the charge from our bill. WARNING---PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL EACH MONTH. My husband and I are 'old' school and we don't text or anything. So we were very surprised when this was added to our acct. for something we didn't authorize.
This company, 'Predicto.com' needs to be investigated.

Billing my cell $9.99 for unwanted services.
I text back to them telling them that I want them to cancel or opt me out of there services, but they continue sending there silly voting polls and billing my cell $9.99 each month. How do you get them to stop? Help, please...
