The lable on the jacket specifically says to remove the buckles before dry cleaning which they did not do. Long story short she (owner Mrs. Kim) told me: She didnt read the lable because she has 10+years of cleaners experience therefore she doesn't need directios on jackets. She didn't even say sorry. I asked her to replace the jacket and she repeatly told me it wasn't her fault. I was so upset i went back to the cleaners with my dad. She told my dad I didn't have manners and I was rude. "I would pay for the jacket if you weren't Korean. If you were a white person i would have done it for you." RIDICULOUS! Now I'm taking it to court.
