The lable on the jacket specifically says to remove the buckles before dry cleaning which they did not do. Long story short she (owner Mrs. Kim) told me: She didnt read the lable because she has 10+years of cleaners experience therefore she doesn't need directios on jackets. She didn't even say sorry.
