I ordered Beri Ultimate for trial and was charged for another product and called immediately and cancelled. I called again on the next day and was told to return the product when it arrived and given a authorization number. I was billed for one product and credited on my credit card. I ordered 2/27/11, cancelled on phone 2/28/11 & 2/27/11 without confirmation number. Returned product on 3/3/11, 3/5/11 & 4/3/11 and got charged again this month for $79.95 twice two weeks apart. I called and they said I only cancelled one product and had only one auth. number so they did not credit people for returned products. They said they will cancel one $79.95 only. They said I only had 21 days to cancel. What a scam.
