Order did not ship
Ordered products with 2 day shipping. 1 week later no parts, card charged, and no response to multiple requests via email and phone. Now have credit card company involved.

Unresponsive, short, incorrect shipment
Failed to respond to any voice mail or email inquiries about date of shipment, cancellation request, short and incorrect shipment.
Took over a week to ship an order.
Order when arrived had 2/4 items despite cancellation and not as ordered (standard vs. heavy duty pulleys) and 1/4 items short (1 pulley missing).
When I contacted them (all contacts via both phone/left voice mail and e-mail) to inquire about shipment date, later to cancel so I could order parts from someone else, then again to complain about short and incorrect shipments there was no response. Fortunately the replacement company I ordered from answered their phones and permitted me a cancel and refund before their shipment.
Web site is good and prices attractive but not worth the headache, scams seem to be endemic in this area. I got suspicious of first company I tried before Pro Door who wouldn't accept credit card, answer any of their phones. I checked on the Internet and found many complaints including fraud), so check for name of company and "Complaints' or "name of company" BBB
I just disputed the charge with my credit card company.
