Failed to respond to any voice mail or email inquiries about date of shipment, cancellation request, short and incorrect shipment. Took over a week to ship an order. Order when arrived had 2/4 items despite cancellation and not as ordered (standard vs. heavy duty pulleys) and 1/4 items short (1 pulley missing). When I contacted them (all contacts via both phone/left voice mail and e-mail) to inquire about shipment date, later to cancel so I could order parts from someone else, then again to complain about short and incorrect shipment... read full review »
