OVERCHARGING
After ordering flowers from this vendor for $19.95 +$4.95 S&H, I received an email bill for $42.96, an overcharge of $18.06. I immediately notified the company that I would NOT pay the difference and, if they wished to cancel my order, they should do so.
No word back from them. Stay away from Pro Flowers. They are a first degree scam outfit.

Deceptive practices
Pro Flowers tacks on handling charges, delivery charges that do not match the prices shown BEFORE placing the order, and in some cases, has delivered sub-standard products. Not happy with this company, its services, practices, or products. Steer well clear and deal with your LOCAL florist if at all possible. NEVER again will again waste my $$ on Pro Flowers.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL
I had a run in with Pro Flowers last Mother's Day when I ordered my birth mom flowers - they were delivered a day late, were the wrong bouquet with the wrong card! They only wanted to waive the delivery charge and give me a $20.00 gift certificate. Recently, I was in a rush to get something for my dad for his birthday so I decided to send a dish garden with a balloon. I found "flowers express" online and what I thought was a reasonably priced plant gift. I paid an extra $4.99 for an "expedited delivery fee" and $7.99 for a "same day surcharge". I placed my order around 10:30 am and was guaranteed delivery by 3 pm the same day. When I called my mom to check, she said that the plant had not been delivered to him. The next morning, I received a call from a Flowers Express rep who said that my dad was not available to accept my flowers and they would come back the FOLLOWING Monday to deliver. Keep in mind my dad's birthday was a Tuesday. I asked them to deliver them to his house instead of his office since he was due to be off the remainder of the week (because my brother and sisnlaw were having a baby) and they said "NO" because it was out of the delivery area of the florist they were using. Are you serious? So, I decided to send an email to their customer service department. Imagine my surprise when I got a generic "we appreciate your business but sorry response" from them. I replied explaining that I was totally disatisfied and that there was no point in delivering "Happy Birthday" when the birthday was a week ago. They refuse after 5 emails to refund anything more than the 2 same day charges. My dad still has not recieved his plant (should have been delivered this morning and now it's 3 pm). I even told the customer service rep that I was going to contact my MasterCard services and have them dispute the transaction - they still wouldn't refund a cent of the actual cost. In fact, they replied with a very sarcastically sweet response. DO NOT support a company with such poor manners and blatant disregard for those using their services.

shipping & handling charges
With Valentines Day right around the corner, I saw a TV add for Pro Flowers and the so called LOW price for red roses for my wife.
After making the order and seeing the invoice for the transaction, what turned out to a $29.99 order turned out to be $60.94
by the time they added the shipping charges, Monday delivery charges, and fuel surcharge, and tax on top of that. This will be
the last order they will see from me. I would have been better off with my local florist!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ruined bouquet
Wish I had read the other complaints! I ordered our Christmas bouquet, it arrived today (12/24) flimsy and flowers coming off the stems. The letter I got back after I complained offered me a replacement bouquet... what? Are they going to make time stand still so I'll have a nice centerpiece for Christmas?!? Avoid this business, there are lots of reputable companies out there!

Easy Saver? Rip off scam!
I just noticed these charges on my debit card also: "RECUR DB CRD EASY SAVER [date]" for $14.95. Called the number I found in a similar post (800.355.1837) and demanded refund. Hope they comply... Never use this stupid Pro Flowers again.

Rip off /Scam
I too am a victim! I have been billed by Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA) for $14.95 per month since making a purchase on Proflowers.com in May for mothers day.
I just now discovered I was charged 5 (times) by that company for $ 14.95 because the way they declare the charges on ones debit card makes it harded to detect:
RECUR DB CRD EASY SAVER 09/28 $14.95
PURCHASE EASY SAVER 07/06 $14.95
PURCHASE EASY SAVER 08/03 $14.95
RECUR DB CRD EASY SAVER 08/31 $14.95
Easy Saver is apparently associated with ProFlowers and I inadvertently signed up for their 'services' while placing my order. They claim that I requested to be a member when I replied to an email after placing an order. I do not recall replying to any email or asking for the service. Obviously, their business practices are disingenuous at best, since I, and many others, have been fooled by this blatantly unethical business practice.
I called my Bank and they gave me a number to call which I did 1-800-355-1837. I talked to a service rep. named 'Cody' and he was willing to give me only a fraction of my money until I threatened to get the FBI and Media involved for possible FRAUD schemes they are doing. He put me on hold and finally confirmed they would immediately stop the charges and also refund me 5 times $ 14.95
It took me unfortunately 5 months to discover this and according to many websites out there this is happening to a LOT of people. Sincerely
Mandy

Discounts? Promos?
Almost completed my order and while I was looking it over, I noticed the free vase was not showing up and I had forgotten to include the "promo" code from Rush I always use. My total at that time without the "free vase and discount code was 79 dollars and change. After entering the Free Glass Vase and "Rush" promo code my pricde went UP 2 dollars? I sent an email requesting an explanation from "customer care", received very timely replies verifying my FINAL price, but no explanation on why FREE costs more. True definition of "bait and switch"? All I can hope for is is the truth in the saying " A happy customer tells anyone that asks, an unhappy customer will tell everyone that listens"

Broken Promise/Lack of response
I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers on line with a promo of $25.00 gift card put out from Restaurant.Com . First the flowers were dead within two days, second the vase was broken on delivery and lastly they never sent the gift card. After many attempts to contact both companies I was told by a supervisor ( in writing) that all she could do was pass the problem on to Restaurant.com.
I never did get the gift card and was truly abused by both companies. I would never buy from either one of these companies again.
STAY AWAY FORM BOTH THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN
