Pronet training Reviews

Charged after cancelling
I signed up on 10/1/09 for a one-week "trial period" for a charge of $1.50 with the understanding that if I cancelled before the trial period was up that no further charges would be made to my credit card. I cancelled on 10/8/09 and received a cancellation email on that same day.
Several days later, I found out that a charge of $69.00 was made to my debit card on 10/9/09. This was more than was in my account at the time, so I was also charged $35.00 as an overdraft charge from my bank.
I called "customer service" several times asking that they refund the $69 charge as well as the $35 fee, and was hung up on several times.
I was finally told that a refund of the $69 had been "requested" and that it took 5-10 business days to process.
I called several times over the next 4 weeks, since the refund had not appeared in my account.
I called again 12/2/09 (nearly 2 months from cancelling) and was told by "customer service" that the "refund request" was denied, and that the decision by the "corporate office" was final. I was also told that I could not call the corporate office to discuss this matter, nor would "customer service" transfer my call there.
I am now out $104.00 with nothing to show for it.

Refuse to pay refund
After paying for this ProNet training, I was told I'd receive my account information in 24 - 48 hours. 72 hours later I called them to say I did not recieve it and ask how that would affect my 7 day trial. I was told they will submit a complain and try to get it to me in 24 - 48 hours. 1 week fromt he day of puchase I recieved the email and noticed that my account was debited that same day.

I called them about it and was not satisfied with their argument about my 7 day free trial so I closed the account and was given cancellation and refund cancellation numbers from an agent who only wanted to give his name as Jay.
I was told it would take 7 - 14 working days. 2 weeks later I called back and the agent told me that they see the refund confirmation but it was not submitted to corporate and no manager was not available. I called back the next day, veterans day and got a recording wtih instuctions to CSRegister.com for support issues. I tried to support issue there and it does not appear to work. It keeps prompting saying "Descriptor Required"

I called the number from CSRegister site and got ProNet the following day who told me that I should look for the account to get to my account the following week after trying to give me 3 - 6 - 12 months free access which I declined.

Today I called back one week later and the same rep is telling me that corporate denied the refund and there is nothing she can do. I ask for information for corporate or a manager and she said she is the one I have to talk to because no one esle is available. I question her about he refund and she insisted that its final. I will not get my money back even though I never got the product for the 7 day free trial and never used it at all.

I cant believe this is happening

fraud
Google Jobs work at home. I went online and started to fill out the application for a kt for $1.90 but when I got to the second page I noticed that there was a monthly charge of 69.00 so I canceled. However couple weeks late I received a call from a Pronet representative regarding the google jobs. She told me she would e-mail me the kit and login password for $1.90 and that I had 7 days to cancel. I was assured that it would be monitored and 7 days would start from first time on their web site. I never received the login and and I called them 3 different times and each time I was told they would send it. Later I went to my account and saw that they had taken out the $1.90 and also $69, 00. I called them requesting a refund and was told that they could not give me a refund. They stated that I had a customer ID making me a member. I never received any product nor ever logged into their website. I requested to speak to the supervisor and was told he was not available, then I asked for the manager and was told that the supervisor is also the manager.

I later received an e-mail confirming cancellation and offering me a year of free access.
This is a scam, offering services under false pretense and taking money out of account.
