After paying for this ProNet training, I was told I'd receive my account information in 24 - 48 hours. 72 hours later I called them to say I did not recieve it and ask how that would affect my 7 day trial. I was told they will submit a complain and try to get it to me in 24 - 48 hours. 1 week fromt he day of puchase I recieved the email and noticed that my account was debited that same day. I called them about it and was not satisfied with their argument about my 7 day free trial so I closed the account and was given cancellation... read full review »
